      Pros

      In-N-Out has great pay, full benefits for full timers, Vision/dental for part timers, 401 contribution, company picnics and sports competition. The work environment is fast-paced and fun if you can make friends with your coworkers.

      Cons

      Irregular schedule, work weekends, nights, and overtime, repetitive motion injury, and you smell like burgers (this could be good or bad). The environment can be cliquish and it seemed like some managers favor men over women for promotion.

      Start at $10.00 per hour Flexible work schedules Taking a vacation is not a problem Employees are engaging to newcomers

      Cons

      Sometimes managers are not attentive to inventory and a rush comes in and employees must restock kitchen instead of attending to customers.

      Pros

      Good Pay. Starting at 10 an hour with advances at every level. Lots of responsibility (for a burger joint) Room to move up.

      Cons

      No hours. This is actually why I had to leave. I had 6 hours a week by the end of my employment, and I was a good employee; getting 4 raises in 3 months. If you are a student its great but if you need to pay rent and bills you won't be able to afford to stay with them
