- store parties - free food on work days

Cons

- literally everything else - high stress - bad training - managers would make themselves short staff so they could meet their goals and get bonuses while you are stuck doing 3 jobs at once - Mangers get upset when you can’t complete 3 jobs at once even though you’re only being paid to do one. - Smelling like burgers - Mandatory early morning store meetings

Pros

Flexible with work hours, genuine managers, real growth. You have meaningful meetings and several opportunities to move up in the company, the managers are the best managers I've had in my life and I've learned many lessons from them. It's insane how this is a fast food job but has corporate level morale and room for growth.

Cons

I had several meetings for not socializing with my coworkers properly. I socialized with customers perfectly but it was a problem to the managers that I was shy. I would walk in for my shift and felt the entire room just drop in energy because my coworkers dreaded my presence. It really messed with my self-confidence, and the managers mentioned they wish I could "change my personality". So being shy or having social anxiety might ruin your time at In-N-Out, and my coworkers never failed to make me feel incredibly left out.
