      Pros

      Great pay to do nothing really. Free food on every shift. Some of the people are pretty cool, it all depends on which store you are at.

      Cons

      Management is horrible. pretty much anyone can be a manager as long as you put the time in. This might seem good but it puts people in management that have no business being there. The level of favoritism that happens there is ridiculous. The favorites get moved into management, the employees resent them because they see how it works, and then they hate them because they become horrible managers. The cycle goes on. Hire crap managers, they train crap managers. The pay is basically hush money, it's enough to keep you quiet.

      Great pay and easy to level up

      Cons

      A lot of customers are rude because they hold In N Out to a higher standard. Managers and higher levels are also rude to lower levels and make you feel like crap until you don't mess up anymore. If you're ok with working fast food for the rest of your life then this is the job for you. If not, you will hate working here after a few months.

      Pay, benefits, and family atmosphere. It was a great experience.

      Cons

      Poor selection in managers in training. A lot of the associates training to become store managers like 4th and 3rd were I'll prepared, lacked professionalism and leadership skills. Which created a high turnover rate and unhappy employees
