Pros

Good training and pay raises when you get to next level.

Cons

Hard on the body. Management rotates every six months and not all managers are good.

Pros

Pays well they like to move people up and there are many hours to work night or day

Cons

Weird company rules that go down to the details of bras and what girls can style makeup in what manner. It felt like highschool with a bit of a cult undertones. When i resigned I put a two week notice and was told I would never get rehired because I had a job lined up in a different career field. I’m not sure if that’s an actual rule or if it was a scare tactic but very odd regardless. Also so often do we almost get ran over in the parking lot nobody notices our burger uniform as something to not run over.
