Pros

Competitive wages, opportunity for growth, nice company incentives (parties, gifts, company picnic), and a free meal per shift.

Cons

The quality of your shift will depend on which manager is leading, and can be completely unpredictable. Depending on your store location, you can have practically no business or never-ending orders all day. The work is tiring, especially the grill, and you're expected to just be able to handle it, and are often not given your break on time. The company doesn't care about work-life balance and expects you to regularly overexert yourself, or else you're not "a team player". Higher management (District and Regional Managers) will only like you if you're an In-N-Out drone or a professional bootlicker. A lot of pressure is put on every associate to be practically perfect; more often than not, I see people get ridiculed for making a mistake.
