      Pros

      Great company to work for. The company cares about its associates and does quite a bit for them as far as benefits. They even kept paying full-time people all their hours during the pandemic lockdown.

      Cons

      At times it can eat away at work-life balance. It can also be quite cliquey at times. Many get promoted and grow not because of merit but how close they are to management, this can also apply to discipline. Some people seem almost immune to consequences while others can get in trouble at the drop of a hat. Not all stores are like this but a lot of them seem this way.

      IN N OUT is a fast paced and fun environment that not only provided a fun and exciting environment to work in, but gave me useful skills in term of practical time management and escalation of priorities

      Pros

      Customers appreciated you and the food you made. Uniforms weren't terrible.

      Cons

      Location, coworkers drunk or high, management actively harrassed you, scheduled outside of your marked availability, scheduled during school, forced to work for free if you annoy the management. Would keep employees of color away from the register.
