Wonderful workplace

I have been in the field for 12 years, 8 as a supervisor, and this is one of my favorite workplaces of my career. The clinical support from the COD is incredible, and the clinical staff support each other and raise each other up.

Cons

They only hire full time, no part time BCBA positions. Benefits are on par with the field, but could be improved for older staff with families. Diversity of leadership roles should be improved.

Unhygienic learning centers

Pros

Great group of RBT. We band together despite the incompetence of management.

Cons

When you walk into the centers in the morning it even smells of urine. The unsanitary procedures and lack of care come through in everything. Management is inattentive and could less about your concerns. You are no more than a number. Completely replaceable. Commute. Be prepared to spend an insane amount of time in your car.
