Pros

The supervisory team is amazing. Very responsive, supportive, and professional. You will be hard pressed to find another company that provides this level of clinical support. Flexibility in scheduling is great!

Cons

Although drive times are typically 30 minutes, the mileage reimbursement doesn’t really cover the cost of gas and wear and tear on your vehicle. 10 days of pto total throughout the entire year, which you have to earn over the course of the year. There is a lot of RBT turnover, as they are not paid for any unbillable time.

Pros

One the the biggest Pros that effected my time here as an RBT was the flexibility of my supervisors. Any time I communicated a need, with some patience and compromise, they were able to adjust and meet it. This was achieved both with the operation team (scheduling, hours and availability) as well as clinical support team (BCBA, COD). Inbloom has a large network of support that's not just limited to the local branch you work at. Comprehensive teams to support your time as an RBT that you have direct access to. Supervision was always timely and the BCBAs really lead with a passion-driven investment in the kiddos. Great benefits, beautiful center, and fun team events.

Cons

High turn-over rate across ABA in general. Sometimes this left certain pieces of the team unsupported. Not a con, but something I had to adjust to was how Play-centered the programs are. Really amazing with the right BCBA.

Pros

The starting pay looks good on paper

Cons

Leadership really mismanaged covid cases and the scheduling mess that emerged. When pushed they would say "you know its a challenging time" and a bunch of promises were made that never occurred.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We are always seeking ways to improve our processes and we appreciate your honest feedback. The COVID-19 pandemic has certainly been a difficult environment to navigate for everyone - including us. As we continue to follow CDC guidelines in order to keep everyone as safe and healthy as possible, scheduling around cancellations and team members being out of work is something we are focused on improving every single day. We are disappointed to hear that we did not meet your expectations in that area. We welcome your feedback and ideas to help us do better going forward. If you are open to providing additional details on your experience, you can do so (anonymously) here: www.inbloomautism.com/feedback. Thank you.
