Pros

So one pro was making your own schedule...but with in home and in center sessions you would typically be all over the place and working into the evening.

Cons

If you like duel relationships, zero professional growth, and zero professionalism then this is the place for you. The leadership is consistently terrible on all levels. Staff is minimally trained both BCBAs and technicians. Pay is lower than most companies in the area, and not worth it for the amount of commuting daily to see patients in home and in center. PTO is also less than other companies and only 6 paid holidays a year. I learned more as a new BCBA in my new position with a different company in one month than I did in one year at InBloom. With so many options out there, I would check them off the list.

Good benefit programs and nice staff

Cons

Takes a very long time to get clients, they too many employees and lack the amount of clients. Staffing coordinator is completely disorganized

A lot of call- outs and very little PTO to make up for all of your clients absences
