Pros

InBloom provides quality ABA services to the children they serve. Client integrity is the number one component that makes this company the best, where they provide in-depth assessments to create individualized treatment plans, and ensure that RBT's are prepared to implement these procedures. They provide great benefits and allow room for growth.

Cons

We only get six paid holidays.

We are blown away by your kind words! Thank you for sharing your positive experience with us! I'm not sure if you're aware but we recently added birthdays to our paid time off plan. In addition, we now offer a PTO day as part of our employee referral program! We also increased our PTO so that RBTs now have the ability to earn up to 80 hours of PTO per year (that's a 100% increase!).
