Don't become like the others

Our clinic is lovely with very supportive staff and the management changes in past few months have been very positive. The clients are so much fun and I am learning a lot.

Cons

I left 2 other ABA companies that started out supportive until they started growing so big that clients started to not be fully staffed, staffed by underqualified staff and the company kept taking more clients without having the current ones staffed. This is what is happening now at In Bloom, so the personal touch and clients needs are being devalued. I struggle to pay rent because of so many cancellations and yet so many are under staffed; I don't understand the disconnect.
