I am so grateful I was given the opportunity to work at InBloom. I absolutely love working at Inbloom so far! The team of RBTs and BCBAs are absolutely amazing and incredibly knowledgeable. The administration has been supportive since day one. They make me feel valued and welcome everyday and that means the world to me, as I’m new to this field. I’m very excited to continue working with this team! I get to work with an amazing kiddo every day and feel very supported in making sure I do the best I can for him.

Thank you for sharing your positive experience with us! I wanted to address your comment regarding time off and commission. I wanted to ensure that you were aware of the most recent changes that we made to our paid time off policy. Our RBT PTO policy now allows RBTs to accrue up to 80 hours of PTO each year (that is a 100% increase over the previous program). In addition, we added employee's birthdays as an additional day off each year, and, we added a day of PTO as a part of the Employee Referral Program incentive. If you were not aware of these, I apologize! Regarding the commission, I assume you are referring to the monthly and quarterly bonuses. In addition to the quarterly productivity bonuses, we recently also added a 5% monthly attendance bonus. You should have received that information in your email earlier this week. InBloom provides quality ABA services to the children they serve. Client integrity is the number one component that makes this company the best, where they provide in-depth assessments to create individualized treatment plans, and ensure that RBT's are prepared to implement these procedures. They provide great benefits and allow room for growth.

Cons

We only get six paid holidays.

In addition, we now offer a PTO day as part of our employee referral program!
