Pros

I really enjoy working with my team. The company has a strong focus on hiring quality people. I also like the clinical focus and the effort put into the growth of the clinicians.

Cons

PTO is a bit low but they seem to work on improving the benefits package often. Retirement options are good.

Thank you for your honest and thorough feedback. We’re happy to hear that you felt your fellow clinical staff were great to be around, and you appreciated the flexible schedule and our Learning Center environment. We’re disappointed to hear that you felt a sense of nepotism, micromanagement, and preferential treatment…all things we do not promote or tolerate from our regional leadership. We hope you are aware of the feedback portal on our website. We created this so feedback could be shared in detail, and anonymously if preferred, and have it go directly to the top 2 leaders of our organization (CEO and CCO). We always realize there are opportunities to get better at all levels, so we are encouraging you to visit the feedback portal and express your concerns in a way that we can open up a dialogue and take action to support your concerns from the top down. You can do so at inbloomautism.com/feedback. Thank you again and we hope to improve your situation as soon as possible.
