Lovely facilities, competent/coachable/supportive clinical staff, On-site materials library and materials construction (printer, laminator, etc.), Schedule somewhat flexible

Cons

Disconnected and unprofessional administration, Unapproachable/insensitive Human Resources, Cronyism in hiring/promotion, Prioritization of fiscal growth over client needs and employee burnout, Additional of responsibilities without increases in compensation, Promotion without increase in compensation, Frequent rotation of clinical staff for company's fiscal benefit under the guise of "generalization",

As we continue our mission to help more kiddos receive the therapy services they need as well as provide a safe and supportive environment for clinicians to do what they do best, we have always intended to do so in a way that upholds our high clinical integrity and cultural standards. We work extremely hard to help children get care started as quickly as possible so progress can begin. We have also invested heavily in what we believe to be the appropriate administrative support, so clinicians are able to focus on providing the best possible care. We are consistently surveying the industry to be sure we are providing adequate compensation for all of our employees, especially our clinical staff.
