Pros

These five stars are given as an augury of what InBloom Autism Services could become. They provide commendable services and have a promising business model established by erudite owners. The managers at the centers and out on the field, the RBTs and BCBAs do a great job! At headquarters, however, company culture is more important to them than professionalism and competence (their words, not mine). Owners aside, InBloom needs a better executive team. Crassness and indiscretion are not equivalent to “directness”. One can be direct without being crude. They should also focus on learning the company’s systems. “High-level” hands-off management is fine for a well-established large corporation with a solid C-Suite team that manages dozens of employees per dept but not for a company that is still in the roll-your-sleeves-up-and-do-the-work-yourself phase. They are growing exponentially in the US and therefore, constantly onboarding new employees. Apposite vocabulary and American orthoepy are imperative for this monumental task, which is entirely instituted on being able to communicate discernibly. If they fail to become the ABA Therapy industry frontrunner that they’re aiming to be it will be due to the fact that they became too “Top-Heavy” much too early in the game. Other than that, they’re pretty great! The offices are beautiful and dog-friendly. The work is interesting and rewarding. The business was founded on the backs of a couple of very astute, business savvy and capable people so rest assured, they’ll figure out how to make it work. This place has a ton of potential! Wishing them much growth!

Cons

Top heavy, high turnover, need more SMEs at headquarters, salaries are 30% less than industry means, the owners' sycophants are helpful only when the owners are around to notice

Pros

As a BCBA I see my clients weekly, I train the parents weekly, my staff is trained by me and given written feedback monthly that leads to quartly bonuses, I can get quarterly bonuses, I get 6 different kinds of insurances (Heath, injury, dental, etc) for $160 a month with zero co-pays. The owner of the company values treatment fidelity first and making sure the RBT's are supported with training, support and benefits....can your company provide half of that? When I need supplies, I have them in no more than 2 days of me requesting them to be purchased. Working full time means I have 6 clients, not 30+ like other companies.

Cons

The company is just starting out in Wisconsin, so we are still creating the structure here, but luckily have coorporate backup in everything we do. There is a lot of work right now as we are growing quickly.
