      Pros

      Staff work well together to ensure clients are getting what they need

      Cons

      Terrible communication throughout, from higher up admin down to individuals sites. Even throughout the clinic communication between staff is dicey and lots of information pertaining to client programs is not relayed to all staff that works with the client.

      Most BCBA’s were good and cared about their clients

      Cons

      Very low pay, extremely inconsistent hours. Not conducive to people with children. I was an RBT and got pregnant and they wanted to make me submit 1 whole day of PTO for the 2 hours I would be out for a doctors appointment. They gave us less than 2 weeks of vacation a year… They have no maternity leave, they only would let me take 6 weeks off with no pay. They weren’t accommodating about anything. It was horrible. Even the lunch was unpaid.
