Pros

I wish I could come up with something positive to say.

Cons

The lies begin during the hiring process. Recruiter sells you a dream she should seek an acting career. They will tell you your yearly bonus will be $25,000. What they don't mention is how unattainable it is due to elements out of your control. You are in charge of scheduling if they tell you it is done once a week that is a lie. Scheduling is 24/7 including weekends. Work life balance does not exist. Recruiter will tell you other wise. Lies, lies, and more lies. You begin your day at 6am looking for client and staff call outs to adjust schedules for the day. You then go into the center at 8 to work on more scheduling. While in the center you are expected to handle employee relationships, and clients as well. While continuing to work on scheduling. You go home at 5 if you are lucky to continue working on schedules for the next day. Putting in over 12 hour days. Clinical team in Connecticut is awful. They have their favorite BCBAs and treat others like trash. Once they target you they will push you out of the company. Operations "learders" refuse to help in any shape or form and contribute to the toxic work environment. In 2 months the lost 3 center Directors in CT alone with one resigning in a month. Please don't waste your time with this place. I wish someone would have told me how toxic it was.
