Pros

Working at InBloom is a great environment if you want the structure of the school setting but getting to the know the families as you would with in home services. It is a great in between.

Cons

Online interviews are not seeming to be effective in hiring the best fit candidates. There has been an increase in turnover of new staff due to not realizing what the full capacity of the job is.

Fun place to work

Pros

1-1 session with clients, block schedule, flexible time off, PTO, friendly staff, play environment, the kiddos.

Cons

Takes a long time for concerns to be taken seriously/takes a long time for change, little room for pay increase as it is only available through the RISE program, few BCBAs so supervision is scarce, hardly any incentives to do more than assigned, frequent schedule changes.
