Pros

Working with kids and families, community centered events, pizza

Cons

Extremely high RBT turnover rate. Pressure to take on extra shifts leads to employee burnout. Lack of sympathy from management. Even RBTs who have proven to be hardworking employees aren’t valued by upper management. Promised the world only to get RBTs in the door, but do absolutely nothing to keep them around. RBTs do all of the hard work and aren’t compensated enough despite prior experience and/or loyalty to the company. RBTs get no actual consistent lunch breaks and work a full day. Reddit has more helpful threads on the company as well.
