Other RBTs are amazing to work with. Felt like family. Very play based. Never felt unethical from and ABA standpoint

Cons

BCBAs are lazy. Pushed their work into their RBTs. Can only reach as high up as CIO, and they never care to help with any of the issues. RBTs are the only ones who do their job here.
