Pros

The company prioritizes community and culture. Compensation is competitive, with opportunities for bonuses and annual raises. It’s a positive and fun environment, with weekly team spirit days, quarterly staff events, and frequent staff reinforcement through swag, snacks, and other rewards. Monthly staff training meetings are engaging and impactful. Leadership is flexible and supportive with scheduling needs for staff. Communication between staff is excellent, and responsibilities are shared equally among BCBAs. Employees have access to free live CEUs and quarterly CEU training meetings. It’s easy to voice concerns and address issues with leadership, and they really strive to problem solve. There is also dedicated staff who handle client scheduling and operational communication with parents, allowing clinicians to focus on client care.

Cons

Afternoon and evening hours can be sparse, with fewer clients later in the day, which may not be a drawback for everyone. Opportunities for leadership growth are limited and not consistently advertised. Technicians have little to no dedicated administrative time, and schedules are typically packed back-to-back due to block scheduling, leaving no built-in pre- or post-session time.

Cons

During OT sessions you have an unpaid break and there is no way to be payed during these which is unfortunate and you can sometimes lose a lot of your hours due to this.
