Pros

The culture of the job is fun, full of open communication, learning and mentorship. They teach you and train you for success. We have pizza every Friday and a company t-shirt. Everyone is community centered and helps out. Management will advocate for your needs with clients, great communication and immediately fix any issues you bring up. I have learned how to have a healthier work and life balance and how to speak up about my personal needs.

Cons

The lunch times are not set and you need to eat with clients.

Pros

Great local work culture, employees, and families that had nothing to do with corporate.

Cons

They let everyone go with 30 days notice and told families that the staff was at fault. Prior to that, culture was determined by local BCBAs and not at all by corporate. Austin office ended with great culture and BCBAs but started with unethical / sadistic BCBAs that give ABA a bad name.

Pros

Coffee in the break room lol

Cons

They take away your clients if you go away on planned trips or are sick for a week You can come back to no kids and them telling you that the parents wanted a different therapist. It doesnt matter if you have more experience than those who are coming in after you; they are going to have a higher pay since they are starting after you and they don't give raises.
