Pros

They offer a Fair salary

Cons

It’s unfortunate the number of former employees negatively impacted in this Organization. Someday there maybe a Netflix documentary called “ untold Inbloom”

Corporate Let Down

Pros

Local Leadership really strives for greatness for their clients and families. Amazing client families Being able to make a difference on a day to day basis. Competitive pay rates for the market and willingness adapt to cost of living.

Cons

Support from corporate offices (CSC) is abysmal due to constant turnover or switches. Lack of and poor communication between C level and Senior Clinical and Ops teams. Left hand barely knows what's going on with the right. Corporate lets issues fester and prolongs necessary disciplinary action due to unwillingness to separate from clinical staff for caseload/monetary reasons. This has led to multiple lawsuits. Lack of company wide training and development. Outdated handbooks, manuals, policies/procedures. Massive turnover in critical support positions and overall inability to keep BCBA staff. Poor Work/Life balance

Pros

- large center space for kids to play and separate learning spaces for 1-3 clients. - can earn RBT relatively soon after starting

Cons

- will take advantage of experience and staff with high-needs/high-behavior clients with little to no support - reactive strategies are only in place after a crisis has occurred. - not much growth within the company - clients appear unhappy evidenced by high rates of protest and crying. RBTs tend to focus on chatting with other staff rather than rapport-building with clients. - BCBA bias when providing reviews to RBT based on religion results in no bonuses for RBT. - I've worked in this field for 5+ years and never hated a job more than my time at InBloom.
