Pros
Everyone there is willing to lend a helping hand to assist with whatever you may need.BCBA's are hands on and are easy to talk to. The center is spacious and fun for the learners. Upper management is empathetic and understanding. Coverage log available if your client cancels and you need more hours.
Cons
Depending on your caseload and their session times, you may not get a real break in between clients. You are expected to eat with your client and sometimes that is impossible because some clients may have behaviors. So you might not be able to take 10-15 minutes to yourself.
