Pros
InBloom fosters a great collaborative, positive, and dedicated work environment. Lots of support is available if you know where to look and who to ask, something that can be a personal responsibility as they make regional contacts accessible on each employee profile. I have worked under 5 different managers/directors, and each were very personable, flexible, and didn't micro-manage. My role has allowed for a lot of growth and solutions-focused reviews from those above me.
Cons
Turnover is pretty high, either by people leaving or changing roles/departments. In my experience this made communication/learning new communication expectations a challenge every so often, and led to some situations were a lot of excess energy and attention is expended.
