Pros

- The only good thing I can think of is our OMs (very good, caring people) - But with horrible upper management there's not much they can do to fix the issues this company has

Cons

- RBTs are not paid if a client cancels (they all have a hard time paying their bills) - There were some weeks I only made 200$ as an RBT. Ridiculous. - Unethical. They care more about billing insurance than they do about the clients. Very sad. - CHEAP. So cheap. - There's basically no PTO or sick time. We work with kids so obviously we will get sick.... at work..... and they don't care or even act like they will work on fixing the sick time issue. It's weird how little they listen to our concerns. - I had never looked into other ABA companies and when I started to, I quickly realized how behind this company is. There are companies out there that will actually care about you as a person and Inbloom is not that place. - We had to use personal laptops and phones. Oh by the way if a client breaks your phone or laptop they don't pay for it :) - I had no idea who did what job-wise. Every one is scrambling all the time to get things done. Again, weird. - I feel bad for the clients and parents - Pay is way lower than other companies for BCBAs and again, rbts are not guaranteed hours

Pros

-The majority of RBTs and BCBA's are nice. -30 hour guarantee (but it comes with a 2$+ pay cut) -pay is average for RBTs and below average for BCBA's

Cons

-ABYSMAL upper management, HR and company heads -Rate of pay changes (admin time/late arrivals) -5 days of PTO this includes sick days -Terrible company policies -No devices provided for RBTs, BCBA's get laptops -No clear structure in the management roles (who to reach out to for help/support) -lack of support from management -NO DIVERSITY -Lack of training for BCBA's and RBT's ( The CEO said that it is employee responsibility for growth and continual training)

Pros

Working with children is great and rewarding The field as a whole has a lot to offer.

Cons

Staff treat you like they are inferior despite years of knowledge. Opportunity for more responsibilities but without increase in salary. Hours are not consistent. Can feel like babysitting often as they don’t prioritize clients to take breaks unless they are sick which in turn makes therapy sessions difficult and exhausting.
