Leadership were clueless, no clear direction.

Strict no phones, no paper, no pen, etc policy in the office, Management will message you personally to apply for a job but then give it to someone else, some team leads are rude and have bad attitudes, pay changes if you change your shift time (night and weekends gets paid the most)

Not a lot of growth opportunity

Way too many moving parts and team silos to really get into the details of your job. More reactionary then planning. Not much for infrastructure and is more of a wild west approach to get the job done. Lot's of manual processes that could be streamlined with an ERP system or along those lines.

Repetitive, Cx can be very ignorant and irate but that's customer service in general. My supervisor messaged me personally to apply for the Team Lead Position (Customer Service Rep IV) and I did even though I wasn't going to and no one ever got back to me and I found out they hired someone externally who was only an English speaker who they still have to train for the position. They ended up just making me employee of the month and giving me gift cards as a consolation prize.

None of the cons to talk about for now

Some processes through corporate HQ are slow and can get in the way of progress.

There isn’t any work life balance AT ALL.
