      Pros

      A very great team to work with, although we are working in different locations around the globe, we still feel very connected with each other - everyone is reachable, responsive and super nice.

      Cons

      You need to work with flexible schedule, not 9am-5pm monday-friday, well if you take this as a disadvantage - I don't haha

      - incredibly qualified and talented colleagues - young team - transparent management - the feeling that the company wants to support and help you grow - informal check-ins

      Cons

      - lopsided overtime throughout the year, but that's common in the industry - a subtle expectation that you should be available at all hours/days - remote nature makes training less effective
