sense of autonomy, teams are generally trusted

Many good people in the org have left since the chaos. specifically marketing function has been unstable over the past year with most of the leadership having exited. constant re-org, change of business direction/ GTM/branding leading to confusion, misalignment, and inconsistent execution — often feeling like the blind leading the blind.
