The company has steered up for IPO, hence the profitability of the business is under high monitoring and strategies executed around the same. In view of the same, a lot of leadership restructuring has happened in the last 1 year

Cons

While steering the profitability goal, there have been lot of restructuring that kept happening with less room for stability in role, with always some changes have been happening. Work pressure / load has increased dramatically over time.
