Keep setting higher than achievable target for employee. Sometime you get it, get acknowledged silently. Sometime you miss will get scolded heavily

I joined InMobi because I believed in the vision of a Indian global technology firm being number one in the world. Naveen has led by example in always thinking big and that vision influences decision making in every thing we do. Enjoy working with some of the smartest people I know and the new offices are very cool!

Cons

Hard for me to find one, since I love it at InMobi :) Some colleagues have expressed: "keeping the focus on people in times of rapid growth as the company has experience over the last 12 months- almost 3-4 x"
