Managers who don't know how to manage their people - micro management is key for you to be considered a good manager at InMobi You will get nowhere if you do not stand up and shout about every little thing you do Its not all about numbers - there's a lot more it takes to make a business successful Most of their managers should be individual contributors Managers who have absolutely no idea on how to take the business forward Most of the new hires have absolutely no clue about what they're doing at InMobi The company does not value the people who actually contribute and make a significant difference to how they operate There is an extremely negative and demotivated work atmosphere The wrong people are constantly promoted Some of the sales staff still have no clue what they're selling - they still manage to walk away with the highest pay and bonus The bonus structure is ridiculous
