I have been with InMobi for about 3 years now, and all I can say is - The culture is awesome, work is challenging, and fulfilling. Great food, great team, and a supportive environment. Lots to learn.

Cons

The role is entrepreneurial, and one needs to work with an open mind to navigate their daily responsibilities here. I wish the management could streamline some of the sales processes here.

- Leaders think bold, have big visions, and conversations with them are always energizing - Fantastic office environment that supports wellbeing - Senior leaders are quite accessible - If you're a hustler who can figure things out by yourself and make things happen, you will thrive here. - Global exposure - it's been great getting to know and work with people in US, Japan, China etc.
