      - Inmobi as a business model is admirable - Tech and Data Oriented - Rewards team is recommendable, benefits are great - Cofounders are transparent and are candid with people

      Cons

      - Biases In TA team is to the peak - A man who hasn't done anything at all instead of just sitting in a room and making some fake data gets all the hike and promo, he is bad at communication too - TA leadership is weak and egoistic. -Biases towards US and other regions over India - Most of the team members are imatured. Making reels doesn't help anyone - Biases towards south Indians
