Pros
They have decent products and market share.
Cons
Where to begin? The racist ideology is probably the strongest place to start but poor management is a close second. In recent years they have attempted to hire non-Indian executives after years of bigotry accusations but still, the only ideas taken seriously by the executive team MUST have an Indian face attached to them. The management team is more interested in talking about cricket than meeting with their partners, clients, or employees. I'm convinced that most of them don't even understand how their core businesses operate. The internal politics are brutal, with favorite employees scrambling to build their own personal fiefdoms with the backing of the exec group with disregard for how this may erode the value of the company. Honestly, I could fill a book with how broken this place is but it's not worth my time. One piece of advice, if you choose to work here despite the warnings, then negotiate the highest salary possible as you are unlikely to see any meaningful raises in your time working here and they have gotten incredibly stingy with equity.
