Pros

Some pros: Great culture, teams, and product with mission-obsessed people. Benefits are stellar. 401k match, health-dental-vision covered, FSA, phone & wifi bills reimbursed, therapy and other healthcare perks, great family support and paid leave. Teams and even leadership roles are fairly diverse. Edtech is also a growing space so it's an exciting time to be a part of the company and partner with big name clients.

Cons

It can feel a bit disorganized at times (comes with the nature of a startup), but from what I've seen, teams are actively working on always improving.

Everyone here at InStride are top notch people, there is so much to learn and opportunities to grow. The culture and the desire to make an impact to society is inspiring.

Cons

Given its startup nature, there is a lot of change and sometimes can be a little bit overwhelming.
