We also appreciate your advice about putting processes in place for the future. - InStride is mission oriented with clear objectives that is providing real value to people through life changing education opportunities - The people are great and the culture is the best I've experienced. I am friends with many coworkers outside of work. - The work is challenging and interesting. - Leadership is transparent about successes and failures and responds openly to feedback.

Cons

- It's a fast-paced environment and can be stressful at times. It's still very much a start-up environment, though, and it's evident that things are improving every day.

That’s one of the reasons why InStride encourages its employees to take advantage of their PTO. During the past year, we’ve also increased our company-wide holidays to ensure all InStriders have plenty of opportunities to relax and recharge. That balance between work and play is built into our culture, and we put a lot of thought and effort into creating a culture where people can thrive professionally and personally.
