Hit the Jackpot! InStride is Incredible!
Pros
I genuinely feel like I have hit the jackpot working at InStride and am so grateful have found them. The interview process was thorough because they have a very high bar when it comes to talent, and this shines through once you're in the door. InStride has true servant leaders who are experienced; an inclusive and enthusiastic culture with smart and genuinely kind teammates; not to mention a fun and collaborative environment. They seem to really honor work/life boundaries and treat their employees with respect.
Cons
InStride has navigated some change recently, which means departments are getting used to new ways-of-working, but from what I have observed everyone has trust in leadership and is navigating the change knowing they are supported. Again, the interview process was quite thorough which I think can and should be shortened, but they are vetting for high quality talent.
