      Pros

      This is one of the best companies I've ever worked for. Family environment, culturally diverse, customer relationship focused. Everyone in the company is made to feel they are important.

      Cons

      Mainly our scalability. Being a smaller company we aren't able to be a direct vendor in some enterprise solutions. This will change of course as we grow.

      Pros

      Inabia is a great place to work for. Everyone treats you with respect, and the environment gives you plenty of opportunities to grow and become more diversified in your skill base. There is a sense of encouragement and motivation when you work in such a dynamic environment. Employee ideas are always valued. I truly enjoy, working here.

      Cons

      None, I could barely think of anything that I don't like about this place.
