Incedo has an excellect training plan for its new joinees. On joining, all employees go through a well planned, extensive training process. The trainers are excellent, and actually provide knowledge and skills that you wouldn't otherwise find in books. The trainers don't emphasize only on theory, they focus on what works in reality and what doesn't. An opportunity to try and use this knowledge is provided in a dummy project, with experienced mentors to help and guide the trainees at every step. All of this really helps in building a foundation before starting actual work.

All of the seniors are pretty supportive and chill. They helped me a lot during my projects. Added some really important inputs in my overall development. Also after joining as a fresher, Incedo will provide you some good trainings before handling the clients. So that's a pretty good thing wrt a fresher.
