3 months notice period Poor Leadership and Senior Management No projects for people to work for. Hiring and Firing Poor IT and Physical Infrastructure HR, Finance and IT Infra are probably the poorest departments of all No Performance Management System in place Sr. Management does not care about either the employees or the clients. They don't even know who the clients are properly. No coordination between different departments. There is always a game of credit snatching in this company. No work from home, they are forcing people to report to office. Facilities including parking, food, cafeteria, cubicles etc. are pathetic.

3 months notice period. There are no projects, people are hired and fired. Senior Management is really poor. They are not concerned about the employees well being or client satisfaction or new businesses. All they do is delegate work and chill. They are not productive or helpful in any manner. The KRAs of Senior Management need to be defined properly, they cannot get away without doing anything and getting paid so handsomely when people at the groud level are doing all the work and are still not being paid appropriately. The HR is equally worse. They have no interest in serving the company or taking care of employee concerns at all. Their infrastructure is also poor. The building is so bad that you will feel as if you are in an abandoned office. There is a serious lack of resources even if someone wants to do something exceptional here. PLEASE DO NOT JOIN this company if you want your ambitions and zeal to be alive. Once you join this company, they will destroy all your talent and will to achieve something meaningful and you will be stuck in petty things and dirty office politics.
