      Strong processes and policy Strong brand presence globally Lot of opportunities for employees in terms of profile upgrade, benefits, onsite opportunities and overall support from the organization.

      Cons

      We are a young organization and being in the AI age everyday is new and requires people who are willing to work by capturing emerging changes, in the interest of the end customer. It is not an organization where you would find maneuvering space and work without having a 360 pulse. You can't work here if you are not an Incedoer 1st.
