Incedo reviews

I worked around two years. They will hire and once the project over they will fire. Lot of politics, bad management will not understand your problem. They are totally convinced by managers only either you are very good in your field. If you know buttering then only you can survive. Company is full with lots of non-technical/stupid managers who even don’t know how to handle/treat the team. One of them best example is mobility team. They think himself the Bill Gates of technology and Robin Hood of Incedo Inc. They spoiled the career of many folks just because of politics. I have doubt on Incedo selection process how they have selected such non-technical/senseless person in IT industry. Big round of applause for Incedo management for closing their eyes. The team of 80 guys have raised complain in mobility department but no action taken yet. Even most of guys fired after raising the complaint. Soon the current Millions dollars account going to close because of someone intelligence. Thank god, i left the company before getting fire.

Useless management especially arun paul, he never meets any1 for any type of issue but still have the guts to reply on glassdoor comments as if they are doing great effort to improve. They don't value resources at all, they can loose a good resource to safe money. HR staff is super dump, they don't have any logical explanations to support their points.
