      You will get tons of opportunity to design solutions for clients across different industries. You feel pride about your value addition to end client Lots of inhouse training and support from team members Great pay and benefits

      Cons

      Project managers most of the time bid less in order to grab a project and which in turn put a load on the employee to finish the work on time.

      Pros

      Highly engaged CEO and management staff. I turned down an offer from a traditional bank to work in a firm that appeared to be on cutting edge of analytics and consulting delivery. I have not been disappointed in the career growth opportunities and exposure to cutting edge technology. There is a real camaraderie between the various teams.

      No negatives so far, I wish more of my network worked here.

      Pros

      It is a rapidly growing employer. If you truly deserve, they will get all the possible opportunities to your door. Seniors are helpful, CEO has direct reach to all employees and doing his best for upward growth.

      I don't see any that I could complain about.
