      Nothing. Worked there for 2 years but couldn't find anything which is good.

      Cons

      Terrible management. Everything is restricted. NO mobile phones are allowed. ODC culture is there which is terrible. They are gonna randomly assign you project which does not align with your tech stack.

      Compensation comes at the cost of dealing with a toxic work culture. Few examples: 1. Shouting and culture of public humiliations 2. Toxic leaders, while known in the organization, are protected 3. No personal space. Communications via Emails, Whatsapp, Phone Calls, etc. at an time of the day with the expectations of being available on video 4. Insecure Senior leaders who lack maturity when dealing with larger teams 5. Arbitrary application of company policies
