Good Management layer with very wise people

I joined Indeco around four months ago, and my experience so far has been positive. The work environment is supportive, and colleagues are helpful and approachable. The company provides good exposure to real-world projects, which has helped me improve my technical and professional skills. Management is approachable, and there is a willingness to guide employees when needed.
