      - Work Life Balance - Good Salary - Niche Technologies

      Cons

      - Incedo as management fails, they are not able to bring new clients and sometimes not even able to hold existing clients. - You may get good package and bonus when joining, but within weeks or months you may be laid off. Those bonus everything will be collected back from you on resignation if you not completed 18months. ( Even they push you, you need to pay back) - In chennai office they don't even have a seperate hand wash area, everything is inside a restroom( even if you are going to have food or after food or for washing lunch boxes) there is no seperate hygiene hand wash area.
