      Pros

      My experience at Incedo has been very positive. The people are supportive, and teamwork is genuinely encouraged. I’ve had good exposure to real client projects, especially in the financial services space, which helped me grow both technically and professionally. Managers are approachable, expectations are usually clear, and there’s a sense of trust in how work is handled. I also appreciate the flexibility and the opportunities to learn on the job.
