No micromanagement — leaders provide flexibility and trust, enabling better focus, learning, and productivity. A positive and healthy work culture with good work–life balance. Encouraging environment with opportunities for growth and development. Overall, a great place so far, and I look forward to contributing more and continuing the journey ahead.
