Joined in Incedo as a fresher 2 years ago, I was obviously confused as Incedo isn't a company I heard of anytime before and I came in worried about so many things including my future career. Amazingly, the organization was way more excited than me to have me. Had a wonderful grooming time of learning, experimenting, mentoring with utmost freedom. One of the wonderful place to start the career in just all aspects where each and every effort is counted and recognized. Started my career as a Trainee to now leading a team as Senior Software Engineer in only 2 years. Incedo is a place where exposure and talent matters more than experience.
Cons
Obviously, like not all five fingers are same and so minor ego and related troubles occurs where people of different mindsets gather. Though Incedo values each and every one of it's employees there are some exceptional human errors that leads to disturbances and chaos which obviously every organization would have.
